Profile

There are 23 types of allergies, making it impossible to share the same things with family members. From meeting a boy who felt lonely because of this, Yukiko Uno's relentless product development began. It was not easy to create delicious cakes without using basic cake ingredients such as wheat flour, eggs, and dairy products, but over approximately 11 years, she developed 29 types of allergen-free cakes. Since then, she has continued to develop allergy-friendly products.

Market Future Potential

We propose the foods required for the future.

Yukiko Uno's ramen not only is plant-based but also provides the world's only highly specialized products that cater to the needs of individuals requiring dietary restrictions due to food allergies, gluten intolerance, or religious reasons.

We propose the foods required for the future. Although Japan is still lagging behind, globally, there is a significant increase in attention towards plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free diets, leading to future business opportunities.

Pursuit of Deliciousness

Normally, ramen relies on essential chemical seasonings and additives. Menus made exclusively with plant-based foods, without using umami components from animal-based products, sometimes require sacrificing taste. However, the menus developed by Yukiko Uno achieve deliciousness with an overwhelming product development capability that far exceeds imagination while remaining free from these additives. This is the main reason why we continue to be a popular store.
