Profile

​There are 23 types of allergies, making it impossible to share the same things with family members. From meeting a boy who felt lonely because of this, Yukiko Uno's relentless product development began. It was not easy to create delicious cakes without using basic cake ingredients such as wheat flour, eggs, and dairy products, but over approximately 11 years, she developed 29 types of allergen-free cakes. Since then, she has continued to develop allergy-friendly products.

来店時のご利用金額額は、来店された際に直接店舗で精算してください。

お申込をキャンセルした場合でキャンセルポリシーに該当する場合、キャンセル料の請求が発生いたします。

デビットカードをご利用の場合、即時引落しが行われ、来店日以降に返金されます（返金に要する期間はカード発行会社により異なり、数週間以上かかる場合があります）。

お客様のカード発行会社により、与信枠が一定期間で自動的に開放される場合があります。この場合、お預かりしているクレジットカードの与信情報保持のために与信の再取得を行うことがあります。デビットカードをご利用の場合、与信の再取得に伴い2度目の引き落としが発生いたします。いずれの取得済み与信枠に関しても来店日以降に返金されます。また、前段同様、返金に要する期間やキャンセル料発生時は同様です。

コンタクトレス決済
来店した際の会計時、店舗からのショートメール・Eメール・QRコードなどでの会計金額の通知に対して承認をした時点、または申込時点で承認した場合、店舗が会計金額の請求指示を行った時点でのお支払いとなります。

支払完了時は通知にて確認いただけ、参加加盟店への支払いの必要はありません。

支払通貨
決済する通貨と、カード発行会社の扱う通貨が異なる場合、発行会社の為替ルールが適用されます。 詳細はカード発行会社にお問い合わせください。

返金について
商品ごとにキャンセルポリシーが設定されています。注文確定前に各商品のキャンセルポリシーをご確認のうえお申込みください。お支払いされた後にキャンセルされる場合、別途規定のない限りキャンセル料100%となり返金は致しかねます。 返金の債務には利息を付しません。

カード情報の保存について
次回以降の利用のために、カード情報を保存することを選択できる場合があります。その場合、カード情報はTableCheckシステム内ではなく、決済代行会社にて暗号化されたセキュアな状態で保存されます。保存したカード情報の再利用は同一の決済代行会社を通じた決済の場合のみご利用いただけます。
